To get your application underway we will be sending you various requests for information.

1. The data you provide here will become the “source of truth” and will allow us to correct and override any conflicts between different data sources. Importantly, it will form the basis of the CAR/AR agreement that we draft and send you for your review and consideration.

2. Your description of your business and services will enable us to make sure your Adviser Profile is accurate when we come to drafting it and will enable us to ensure we are supporting you in the right areas.

3. The uploading of ASIC certificates of incorporation and business name registrations is required for our internal records.

4. We ask whether your website is internally managed or outsourced so we know how and who to liaise with in terms of disclosure requirements when we get to that stage. In the comments field on this question let us know if you would like us to provide you with website management services.
